From Duke’s in Rome to the starry Tom Aiken’s in London, as a chef in “Gusto” in Rome and as Patron Chef at Pati la Morera in Masnou and then in the Garrofers. It is in Catalonia that its members get to know the SlowFood movement more deeply and it is where the kitchen finds its own voice.
