In the 60s, Neapolitan pizzaioli masters traveled throughout Naples looking for the best local products and raw materials to give their pizzas a unique taste where intense Mediterranean aromas such as fresh basil and freshly harvested rosemary were the key to achieve the best results.
Today, at La Marghe, they rely on this way of doing things to bring the Neapolitan essence, in this case, to the heart of Girona. A “modus operandi” that strives to obtain, just as the pizzaioli masters did, the best local product for their pizzas, baked to order.
