Núria was born in Vilanova i Geltrú, studied cooking at the Benapres institute in 2002 and has been a chef and owner of the El Dinou restaurant in Vilanova since 2014.
He has been a member of slow food since 2009.

The cook, Nuria Lucas, opts for traditional dishes with traditional tastes. Its idea is to rediscover Catalan cuisine using high-quality local products for its preparations and without forgetting its pairing, which is made exclusively with Catalan wines; most organic and some without added sulfites.

Its uniqueness is clear: the building in which the restaurant is located. On its own, it has character and is by far the most original you will find in Vilanova.
Its gastronomic offer, for all lovers of traditional Catalan cuisine, who loves its product and takes into account the temporality of each food when preparing its menu, is also a guaranteed bet for success.
