After Els Garrofers crew moved to Barcelona, with Luca Marongiu and Gonzalo Rivière leading the team, the restaurant opened doors. After 6 years in Alella, they team up with Grupo San Telmo to make it happen. Vegetables from Maresme, eggs from Òrrius, veal from Bages, lamb from Berguedà and a wide range of organic, and most natural, wines.
A principle in the kitchen: we don’t serve it if it’s not homemade
A goal up front: Zero kilometres, zero emissions, zero wastE and zero sulphites. Zero… Patatero!
