La Violeta belongs to Slow Food, a gastronomic association that is born to promote a culinary culture based on healthy, clean foods and jutos. We work directly with producers from all over Catalonia: farmers, fishermen, farmers with whom we work without intermediaries.
We are a gastronomic restaurant, with a familiar and warm air.
Our kitchen is traditional, with a vanguard touch.
We use high quality Km 0 products. Many of our products come from our own organic and biodynamic garden.
