We would like to inform you that next Monday, November 11, we will hold the annual meeting and awarding of Slow Food Catalonia awards to restaurants, school canteens and hospitality schools.

It will be in Ponts, La Noguera and there will be, as always, Mercat de la Terra, Assembly of cooks, lunch cooked by members of the collective itself, live music, wine, beers and very good food. We will also present the Slow food Catalunya Guide.

PROGRAM:

10:00 Reception of assistants and accreditations

10:00 Earth Market with local producers and from the rest of the territory. With tastings

13:00 Start of the event, welcome and speeches, presenter Laura Ponts

13:15 Presentation of the Slow Food Catalonia 2025 guide

13:45 Delivery of recognitions, restaurants, school canteens and hospitality schools by the chef of Disfrutar “Mateu Casañas” number 1 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants

14:30 Gala lunch “tasting menu with pairings” by chefs/res Km0 Slow Food Terres de Lleida” and Slow Food Catalonia hospitality schools. (€50 to be paid in cash with the collection of credentials)

15:45 Music with “Lo Pau de Ponts”

18:00 End of the day
