We are located in the old smithy of Cantonigròs, we cook with a wood oven and real charcoal.

Very diverse menu to match all the trends that customers ask of us, specialties in roasts, rice and noble grilled meats.

Dining rooms with lots of natural light focused on the South with radiant heating that originates in a biomass boiler, one of the rooms contains a library of more than 2500 cookbooks, partly thanks to a legacy of Llorenç Torrado, a great friend from home. We have a very cool patio for the hot months where we can make vermouth or listen to some of the concerts we do in the summer.

Our philosophy is to seek complicity with all the suppliers we have, many of them organic, including wines and other beverages where we have shunned the big brands to prioritize small projects that excite our customers. We follow the rhythm of the seasons of the year when it comes to cooking, bearing in mind that Collsacabra is a land of austere gastronomy due to its climate.
