Martí Rosàs i Cortada

Martin Rosàs works in the world of gastronomy since 1991. From that year until 1997 and is the traditional cuisine of Barcelona restaurants: Pineda, Ca’n Cortada and the Turia. When the Majestic, the winter of 1997 he moved with his companion, Maria Hernandez also the cook at Lasarte restaurant 3 Michelin starred Martin Berasategui and the following year the Mas Pau Figueras, a star. Charter which varies each month where there starters, fish prioritizing sustainable fishing all certified organic meats and wild boar Girona.

We have a tasting menu of three appetizers, three caps, half fish, half flesh and two desserts (a chocolate).

We adapted the card for vegetarians and coeliacs.
